Neither was written down. The Owner line is verified for gid 4 only, and the
human is confirming gid 10 himself — flagged as ASK rather than as a note, so
a fresh session raises it instead of reading past it.
The bigger one: the site-button propagation command copies `headerinclude`,
but the button renders in the nav row, which is the `header` template. Either
it is injected by JS from headerinclude — which would also explain the stray
"// -->" above the forum logo on every page — or the command copies the wrong
template and carries nothing across. Worth settling before ten supporter
themes exist rather than after, and the warning now sits in the command file
itself, where someone about to run it will actually see it.
